Fix Masternode::Check() Segfault
...
Client crashes about every 24h on mainnet (with lots of masternodes)
and very rarely on testnet. AcceptableInputs has no need to check
HaveCoins as AcceptToMemoryPool does and would rarely cause the
segfault to occur.
