* Allow modifying simulate DKG error rates via RPC

* Don't lie to yourself :)

* Add some missing new-lines in LogPrintf calls

* More fine grained control over which messages to expect in mine_quorum

* Implement llmq-dkgerrors.py integration tests

These test DKG errors and malicious behavior.
