From 8c99d1b525562ab3b733e9d7ef770882646bad5c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Gregory Maxwell Date: Mon, 13 Jun 2016 17:27:44 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Treat orphans as implicit inv for parents, discard when parents rejected. An orphan whos parents were rejected is never going to connect, so there is little utility in keeping it.
