Fix CreateDenominated failure for addresses with huge amount of inputs (#2486)
* Allow specifing max number of outpoints to be returned per address in SelectCoinsGroupedByAddresses Fixes CreateDenominated failure for addresses with huge amount of inputs * Apply suggested fixes
