  This can be especially confusing where `AccessCoin()` is used with logic like this:

  ```c++
      while (iter.n < MAX_OUTPUTS_PER_BLOCK) {
          const Coin& alternate = view.AccessCoin(iter);
          if (!alternate.IsSpent()) return alternate;
  ```
