fac5c373006a9e4bcbb56843bb85f1aca4d87599 scripted-diff: Sort test includes (MarcoFalke)

Pull request description:

  When writing tests, often includes need to be added or removed. Currently the list of includes is not sorted, so developers that write tests and have `clang-format` installed will either have an unrelated change (sorting) included in their commit or they will have to manually undo the sort.

  This pull preempts both issues by just sorting all includes in one commit.

  Please be aware that this is **NOT** a change to policy to enforce clang-format or any other developer guideline or process. Developers are free to use whatever tool they want, see also #18651.

  Edit: Also includes a commit to bump the copyright headers, so that the touched files don't need to be touched again for that.

  For that reason, and to avoid different people asking me the same question repeatedly (e.g. https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/15932#pullrequestreview-339175124 ), remove the outdated alias `CCriticalSection` with a scripted-diff

1168394d759b13af68acec6d5bfa04aaa24561f8 [wallet] Notify conflicted transactions in TransactionRemovedFromMempool (John Newbery)

Pull request description:

  These boost signals were added in #9371, before we had a `TransactionRemovedFromMempool` method in the validation interface. The `NotifyEntryAdded` callback was used by validation to build a vector of conflicted transactions when connecting a block, which the wallet was notified of in the `BlockConnected` CValidationInterface callback.

  Now that we have a `TransactionRemovedFromMempool` callback, we can fire that signal directly from the mempool for conflicted transactions.

  Note that #9371 was implemented to ensure `-walletnotify` events were fired for these conflicted transaction. We inadvertently stopped sending these notifications in #16624 (Sep 2019 commit 7e89994). We should probably fix that, but in a different PR.

67f4e9c522 Include core_io.h from core_read.cpp (practicalswift)

Pull request description:

  Make reasoning about dependencies easier by not including unused dependencies.

  Please note that the removed headers are _not_ "transitively included" by other still included headers. Thus the removals are real.

  As an added bonus this change means less work for the preprocessor/compiler. At least 51 393 lines of code no longer needs to be processed:

  ```
  $ git diff -u HEAD~1 | grep -E '^\-#include ' | cut -f2 -d"<" | cut -f1 -d">" | \
        sed 's%^%src/%g' | xargs cat | wc -l
  51393
  ```

  Note that 51 393 is the lower bound: the real number is likely much higher when taking into account transitively included headers :-)

084e17cebd424b8e8ced674bc810eef4e6ee5d3b Remove unused includes (practicalswift)

Pull request description:

  As requested by MarcoFalke in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/16273#issuecomment-521332089:

  This PR removes unused includes.

  Please note that in contrast to #16273 I'm limiting the scope to the trivial cases of pure removals (i.e. no includes added) to make reviewing easier.

  I'm seeking "Concept ACK":s for this obviously non-urgent minor cleanup.

  Rationale:
  * Avoids unnecessary re-compiles in case of header changes.
  * Makes reasoning about code dependencies easier.
  * Reduces compile-time memory usage.
  * Reduces compilation time.
  * Warm fuzzy feeling of being lean :-)

    Code review ACK 084e17cebd424b8e8ced674bc810eef4e6ee5d3b. PR only removes include lines and it still compiles. In the worst case someone might have to explicitly add an include later for something now included implicitly. But maybe some effort was taken to avoid this, and it wouldn't be a tragedy anyway.

Pull request description:

  This is two minor changes. The first is to change `zmqError` to take a `const std::string&` instead of a `const char*`. The second is to change the second portion of `zmqError` to print `msg: message` rather than `errno=message`, given that `zmq_strerror` returns a message. To me, this seems more readable / useful than output like: `Error: Unable to initialize context errno=No such file or directory`.

Merge #14687: zmq: enable tcp keepalive
c276df775914e4e42993c76e172ef159e3b830d4 zmq: enable tcp keepalive (mruddy)

Pull request description:

  This addresses https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/12754.

  These changes enable node operators to address the silent dropping (by network middle boxes) of long-lived low-activity ZMQ TCP connections via further operating system level TCP keepalive configuration. For example, ZMQ sockets that publish block hashes can be affected in this way due to the length of time it sometimes takes between finding blocks (e.g.- sometimes more than an hour).

  Prior to this patch, operating system level TCP keepalive configurations would not take effect since the SO_KEEPALIVE option was not enabled on the underlying socket.

  There are additional ZMQ socket options related to TCP keepalive that can be set. However, I decided not to implement those options in this changeset because doing so would require adding additional bitcoin node configuration options, and would not yield a better outcome. I preferred a small, easily reviewable patch that doesn't add a bunch of new config options, with the tradeoff that the fine tuning would have to be done via well-documented operating system specific configurations.

  I tested this patch by running a node with:
  `./src/qt/bitcoin-qt -regtest -txindex -datadir=/tmp/node -zmqpubhashblock=tcp://127.0.0.1:28332 &`
  and connecting to it with:
  `python3 ./contrib/zmq/zmq_sub.py`

  Without these changes, `ss -panto | grep 28332 | grep ESTAB | grep bitcoin` will report no keepalive timer information. With these changes, the output from the prior command will show keepalive timer information consistent with the configuration at the time of connection establishment, e.g.-: `timer:(keepalive,119min,0)`.

  I also tested with a non-TCP transport and did not witness any adverse effects:
  `./src/qt/bitcoin-qt -regtest -txindex -datadir=/tmp/node -zmqpubhashblock=ipc:///tmp/bitcoin.block &`

Merge #13578: [depends, zmq, doc] upgrade zeromq to 4.2.5 and avoid deprecated zeromq api functions (#4397)
f1bd03eb013b96ff040a8f835e4137fbd2a38cda [depends, zmq, doc] upgrade zeromq to 4.2.5 and avoid deprecated zeromq api functions (mruddy)

Pull request description:

  Upgrade the ZeroMQ dependency from version 4.2.3 to the latest stable version 4.2.5.

  This PR Follows the lead of https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/11986.

  I upgraded both patch files to correspond to the version `4.2.5` libzmq files.
  I assume doing so is still necessary and correct.

  Without updating the patch line numbers, things appear to work, but you get extra log messages while building `depends` because things don't exactly match, e.g.:
  ```
  /bitcoin/depends> make zeromq
  Extracting zeromq...
  /bitcoin/depends/sources/zeromq-4.2.5.tar.gz: OK
  Preprocessing zeromq...
  patching file src/windows.hpp
  Hunk #1 succeeded at 58 (offset 3 lines).
  patching file src/thread.cpp
  Hunk #1 succeeded at 307 with fuzz 2 (offset 87 lines).
  Hunk #2 succeeded at 323 with fuzz 2 (offset 90 lines).
  ```
  Updating the patches seemed cleaner, so I did it. Note that libzmq had some whitespace changes, so that's why the updated patches do too.

  More info: https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/releases/tag/v4.2.5

Pull request description:

  This adds a new RPC method `getzmqnotifications`, which returns information about all active ZMQ notification endpoints. This is useful for software that layers on top of bitcoind, so it can verify that ZeroMQ is enabled and also figure out where it should listen.

36d326e8b Use nullptr instead of zero (0) as the null pointer constant (practicalswift)

Pull request description:

  Use `nullptr` instead of zero (0) as the null pointer constant.

  The road towards `nullptr` (C++11) is split into two PRs:
  * `NULL` → `nullptr` is handled in PR #10483 (scripted)
  * `0` → `nullptr` is handled in PR #10645 (manual, this PR)

  By using the C++11 keyword `nullptr` we are guaranteed a prvalue of type `std::nullptr_t`.

  For a more thorough discussion, see "A name for the null pointer: nullptr" (Sutter &
  Stroustrup), http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2007/n2431.pdf

2f21e55514 Remove legacy InstantSend code (#3020)
* Remove ppszTypeName from protocol.cpp and reimplement GetCommand

This removes the need to carefully maintain ppszTypeName, which required
correct order and also did not allow to permanently remove old message
types.

To get the command name for an INV type, GetCommandInternal uses a switch
which needs to be maintained from now on.

The way this is implemented also resembles the way it is implemented in
Bitcoin today, but it's not identical. The original PR that introduced the
switch case in Bitcoin was part of the Segwit changes and thus never got
backported. I decided to implement it in a slightly different way that
avoids throwing exceptions when an unknown INV type is encountered.

IsKnownType will now also leverage GetCommandInternal() to figure out if
the INV type is known locally. This has the side effect of old/legacy
message types to return false from now on. We will depend on this side
effect in later commits when we remove legacy InstantSend code.

* Stop handling/relaying legacy IX messages

When we receive an IX message, we simply treat it as a regular TX and relay
it as such.

We'll however still request IX messages when they are announced to us. We
can't simply revert to requesting TX messages in this case as it might
result in the other peer not answering due to the TX not being in mapRelay
yet. We should at some point in the future completely drop handling of IX
messages instead.

* Remove IsNewInstantSendEnabled() and only use IsInstantSendEnabled()

* Remove legacy InstantSend from GUI

* Remove InstantSend from Bitcoin/Dash URIs

* Remove legacy InstantSend from RPC commands

* Remove legacy InstantSend from wallet

* Remove legacy instantsend.h include

* Remove legacy InstantSend from validation code

* Completely remove remaining legacy InstantSend code

* Remove now unused spork

* Fix InstantSend related test failures

* Remove now obsolete auto IS tests

* Make spork2 and spork3 disabled by default

This should have no influence on mainnet as these sporks are actually set
there. This will however affect regtest, which shouldn't have LLMQ based
InstantSend enabled by default.

* Remove instantsend tests from dip3-deterministicmns.py

These were only testing legacy InstantSend

* Fix .QCheckBox#checkUsePrivateSend styling a bit

* s/TXLEGACYLOCKREQUEST/LEGACYTXLOCKREQUEST/

* Revert "verified via InstantSend" back to "verified via LLMQ based InstantSend"

* Use cmd == nullptr instead of !cmd

* Remove last parameter from AvailableCoins call

This was for fUseInstantSend which is not present anymore since rebase

* Prepend "std::" to find call

* Check for BCLog::PRIVATESEND instead of logCategories != BCLog::NONE

* Use BCLog::MNPAYMENTS category instead of checking for logCategories != BCLog::NONE

* Move "End Dash" comment below "ALERT"

When adding new entries here, we'll otherwise get confused with ordering
and might end up forgetting that adding something Dash specific must
continue with the bit after 43.
