the patterns highlighted were present in different parts of the codebase
and hence not corrected within the PR itself but addressed separately.
This is that separate PR 🙂 (with some additional cleanup of my own)
## What was done?
* This pull request will remain a draft until
[dash#5834](https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pull/5834) as it will
introduce more changes that will need to be corrected in this PR.
* Code introduced that is unique to Dash Core (CoinJoin, InstantSend,
etc.) has been excluded from un-Dashification as the purpose of it is to
reduce backport conflicts, which don't apply in those cases.
* `CWallet::CreateTransaction` and the `CreateTransactionTest` fixture
have been excluded as the former originates from
[dash#3668](https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pull/3668) and the latter
from [dash#3667](https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pull/3667) and are
distinct enough to be unique to Dash Core.
* There are certain Dashifications and SegWit-removals that prove
frustrating as it would break compatibility with programs that rely on
the naming of certain keys
* `getrawmempool`, `getmempoolancestors`, `getmempooldescendants` and
`getmempoolentry` return `vsize` which is currently an alias of `size`.
I have been advised to retain `vsize` in lieu of potential future
developments. (this was originally remedied in
219a1d08973e7ccda6e778218b9a8218b4aae034 but has since been dropped)
* `getaddressmempool`, `getaddressutxos` and `getaddressdeltas` all
return a value with the key `satoshis`. This is frustrating to rename to
`duffs` for compatibility reasons.
* `decodepsbt` returns (if applicable) `non_witness_utxo` which is
frustrating to rename simply to `utxo` for the same reason.
* `analyzepsbt` returns (if applicable) `estimated_vsize` which
frustrating to rename to `estimated_size` for the same reason.

Bitcoin core has a standardness rule for max satisfaction script sig size.
This PR adds to the policy header file so that it is documented along with
along policy rules. The initial reasoning that 1650 is an implicit
limit(would not reach assuming all other policy rules are being
followed) is outdated.
As we now know, bitcoin transactions can have spend conditions are more than
just signatures and there may exist p2sh transactions involving 100 byte
preimages that maybe non-standard because of this rule. Because this
rule is no longer implicit, we should explicitly document it in policy
header file

Based on conversation in #13462, it seems the serialization `GetType` has very narrow use/effect. In every case except for `CAddress`, which specifically relates to a network peer's address, not a wallet address etc., the serialized representation of an object is irrespective of its destination / type.
This removes the unused `GetType` method from `CSizeComputer` as a step to further narrowing that use.

Please note that the removed headers are _not_ "transitively included" by other still included headers. Thus the removals are real.
As an added bonus this change means less work for the preprocessor/compiler. At least 51 393 lines of code no longer needs to be processed:

Pull request description:
The definition of dust is redefined to remove the factor of 3.
Dust is redefined to be the value of an output such that it would
cost that value in fees to (create and) spend the output at the dust
relay rate. The previous definition was that it would cost 1/3 of the
value. The default dust relay rate is correspondingly increased to
3000 sat/kB so the actual default dust output value of 546 satoshis
for a non-segwit output remains unchanged. This commit is a refactor
only unless a dustrelayfee is passed on the commandline in which case
that number now needs to be increased by a factor of 3 to get the same
behavior. -dustrelayfee is a hidden command line option.
Note: It's not exactly a refactor due to edge case changes in rounding
as evidenced by the required change to the unit test.
A discard_rate is added which defaults to 10,000 sat/kB
Any change output which would be dust at the discard_rate you are
willing to discard completely and add to fee (as well as continuing to
pay the fee that would have been needed for creating the change)
This would be a nice addition for 0.15 and I think will remain useful for 0.16 with the new coin selection algorithms in discussion, but its not crucial.
It does add translation strings, but we could (should?) avoid that by hiding the option

* Remove orphan state wipe from UnloadBlockIndex.
As orphan state is now "network state", like in
d6ea737be1,
UnloadBlockIndex is only used during init if we end up reindexing
to clear our block state so that we can start over. However, at
that time no connections have been brought up as CConnman hasn't
been started yet, so all of the network processing state logic is
empty when its called.
* Move network-msg-processing code out of main to its own file
* Rename the remaining main.{h,cpp} to validation.{h,cpp}
Previously only one PUSHDATA was allowed, needlessly limiting
applications such as matching OP_RETURN contents with bloom filters that
operate on a per-PUSHDATA level. Now any combination that passes
IsPushOnly() is allowed, so long as the total size of the scriptPubKey
is less than 42 bytes. (unchanged modulo non-minimal PUSHDATA encodings)
Also, this fixes the odd bug where previously the PUSHDATA could be
replaced by any single opcode, even sigops consuming opcodes such as
CHECKMULTISIG. (20 sigops!)
