986d7fed057b995a720787cbbd21e1c41763fb83 depends: zeromq 4.3.5 (fanquake)

Pull request description:

  First new point release of zeromq in two and a half years. Mostly bug fixes; the project also completed a relicense to the "Mozilla Public License".

1914e470e327091c625f627b4447beb336f7fe5a build: copy config.{guess,sub} post autogen in zmq package (fanquake)

Pull request description:

  Otherwise our config.guess and config.sub will be copied over. This problem has been masked by the fact that modern systems ship with versions that recognise all the triplets we use (namely arm64-apple-darwin). However building on ubuntu 20.04 surfaces the issue.

  Fixes #26420.

e037c4fe0914d8fa9149ce7532c0d70f738e79e9 depends: always configure with --with-pic (fanquake)

Pull request description:

  We currently do this sporadically. Not only amongst packages, but across OS's, i.e sometimes it's done for BSDs/Android, and sometimes not.

  Configure with `--with-pic` globally instead. I think this generally makes more sense, and should not have any downsides.

Pull request description:

  Since v4.3.3 (068385c951) `libzmq` uses `libbsd` by default.

  This PR disables `libbsd` explicitly, as it's not a part of our depends. Zeromq will fallback to its internal `strlcpy` implementation.

  Otherwise, on systems with installed `libbsd-dev` package the `zeromq` package build system erroneously detects `libbsd` package from the host system:

Pull request description:

  By blanket passing `--disable-dependency-tracking` to all depends packages we end up with warnings (i.e in `bdb` or `freetype`) like:
  ```bash
  configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-dependency-tracking
  ```
  Instead, only pass it to packages that actually understand it. Related to https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/16354.

  More info on `--disable-dependency-tracking` available [here](https://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Dependency-Tracking.html).

  This PR also adds `--enable-option-checking` as a configure option to all applicable packages.

Merge #13578: [depends, zmq, doc] upgrade zeromq to 4.2.5 and avoid deprecated zeromq api functions (#4397)
f1bd03eb013b96ff040a8f835e4137fbd2a38cda [depends, zmq, doc] upgrade zeromq to 4.2.5 and avoid deprecated zeromq api functions (mruddy)

Pull request description:

  Upgrade the ZeroMQ dependency from version 4.2.3 to the latest stable version 4.2.5.

  This PR Follows the lead of https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/11986.

  I upgraded both patch files to correspond to the version `4.2.5` libzmq files.
  I assume doing so is still necessary and correct.

  Without updating the patch line numbers, things appear to work, but you get extra log messages while building `depends` because things don't exactly match, e.g.:
  ```
  /bitcoin/depends> make zeromq
  Extracting zeromq...
  /bitcoin/depends/sources/zeromq-4.2.5.tar.gz: OK
  Preprocessing zeromq...
  patching file src/windows.hpp
  patching file src/thread.cpp
  Hunk #1 succeeded at 307 with fuzz 2 (offset 87 lines).
  Hunk #2 succeeded at 323 with fuzz 2 (offset 90 lines).
  ```
  Updating the patches seemed cleaner, so I did it. Note that libzmq had some whitespace changes, so that's why the updated patches do too.

Pull request description:

  Related to #16354.

  This PR adds additional configure flags to packages in depends to explicitly disable features we aren't using; similar to #16183. It also fixes passing `--without-tools` to `qrencode`.

  I've added `--disable-drafts` to `zeromq`:
  ```bash
  Build and install draft classes and methods [default=yes]
  ```

  I'm not entirely sure how far we want to take this. i.e in the `zeromq` package we explicitly pass `--without-libsodium`, even though it's disabled by default.

  Do we also want to explicitly pass all the other `--without` flags? :
  ```bash
    --with-libgssapi_krb5   require libzmq build with libgssapi_krb5
                            [default=no]
    --with-libsodium        use libsodium instead of built-in tweetnacl
                            [default=no]
    --with-pgm              build libzmq with PGM extension. Requires pkg-config
                            [default=no]
    --with-norm             build libzmq with NORM protocol extension,
                            optionally specifying norm path [default=no]
    --with-vmci             build libzmq with VMCI transport [default=no]
Pull request description:
  This PR ~~backports this libzmq commit 58d13395ec from this merged upstream PR (but unreleased as of today) https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/pull/3140 as a patch to our zmq 4.2.3 version.~~ passes --disable-Werror when we build zmq.
  For reference see https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/11844#issuecomment-398406988
  ~~This patch~~ A similar patch is already in use in abcore/bitcoin_ndk and needed to build bitcoind for android using NDK or some versions of clang 6+ during cross compilation.
  This patch won't be necessary once zmqlib releases a 4.2.6+ version including the fix and bitcoin core updates to it but it may be good to [have](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/13689#issuecomment-405644394)
  ~~It also reintroduces autogen.sh as it is necessary for the patch to work, otherwise you'll have aclocal issues (see https://travis-ci.org/greenaddress/bitcoin/jobs/404902106). autogen,sh was removed in master only https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/11986 as non-necessary but otherwise unreleased.~~
  In the likely case https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/13578 is merged first I rebased the patch for the newer zmq version (4.2.5) in https://github.com/greenaddress/bitcoin/tree/zmq-upgrade-mruddy-patched and i can update the PR accordingly or close and open a new one.
Pull request description:
  This adds support for riscv32 and riscv64 builds to the depends system.
  The change consists of documentation and build system changes. The most significant change is an update of `config.sub` and `config.guess` inside zeromq patch, as the current version does not recognize the `riscv*` host tuples (there's no new version of ZeroMQ yet with newer ones).
  Good thing: RISC-V 64-bit toolchain packages can be installed out of the box on Ubuntu 18.04+.
  I would also like to add RISC-V 64-bit executables to gitian, but this will not be possible until #12511 .
7b1f32082c Merge #11981: Fix gitian build after libzmq bump
a6365c5 depends: fix libzmq's needless linking against libstdc++ (Cory Fields)
Pull request description:
  Broken gitian builds were introduced with #9254. Big thanks to @jonasschnelli for narrowing down the bisection.
  This is broken for a number of reasons, including:
  - g++ understands "-static-libstdc++ -lstdc++" to mean "link against whatever libstdc++ exists, probably shared", which in itself is buggy.
  - another stdlib (libc++ for example) may be in use
Merge #9254: [depends] ZeroMQ 4.2.2
126999d depends: fix zmq build with mingw < 4.0 (Cory Fields)
387879d [depends] ZeroMQ 4.2.2 (fanquake)
Pull request description:
  Update depends ZeroMQ to 4.2.2, the release notes are available [here](https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/releases).
  We can drop both patches, as they have both been merged upstream (they actually had been for some time but just hadn't yet made it into a release).
  `--without-documentation` is deprecated and has been replaced with `--without-docs`.
  `--disable-perf` disables building performance measuring tools, which are enabled by default, see the libzmq [configure.ac](https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/blob/master/configure.ac#L367).
  Updated dependencies.md.
  `--disable-curve-keygen` disable building the curve key generation tool. See [here](https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/blob/master/configure.ac#L405).
  Can someone on windows test that this is still working correctly. Maybe @achow101 ?
Newer compilers may switch to newer standards by default. For example, gcc6
atomic_init clashes with
* c++11: CAccountingEntry must be defined before use in a list
