Don't delete MN list snapshots and diffs from DB when reorgs take place (#3435)
Deleting these from the DB means that future calls to GetListForBlock  for
the reorged/orphaned block will return an empty MN list. At the same time,
GetListForBlock will add the empty list to the internal MN list cache.

This behavior is not acceptable for multiple reasons:
1. A caller of GetListForBlock should always expect a valid list if that
   block was once in the best chain. We might otherwise run into strange
   behavior (e.g. GetAllQuorumMembers returning zero members)
2. If the chain is ever reorged back to the initial chain (that was
   orphaned), GetListForBlock should not return the invalid/empty cache
   entry for the previously orphaned block.

This should also fix test failures seen on Gitlab CI

6ca78b601e Introduce NETCONN logging category and NET_NETCONN to log in NET and NETCONN
This allows easier debugging of connection issues, as it produces much less
chatter in the logs when only -debug=mnconn is given.

Pull request description:

  Use `std::unique_ptr` (C++11) where possible.

  Rationale:
  1. Avoid resource leaks (specifically: forgetting to `delete` an object created using `new`)
  2. Avoid undefined behaviour (specifically: double `delete`:s)

  **Note to reviewers:** Please let me know if I've missed any obvious `std::unique_ptr` candidates. Hopefully this PR should cover all the trivial cases.

5c8ff0d44 Introduce wrappers around CBitcoinAddress (Pieter Wuille)

Pull request description:

  This patch removes the need for the intermediary Base58 type `CBitcoinAddress`, by providing {`Encode`,`Decode`,`IsValid`}`Destination` functions that directly operate on the conversion between `std::string`s and `CTxDestination`.

  As a side, it also fixes a number of indentation issues, and removes probably several unnecessary implicit `CTxDestination`<->`CBitcoinAddress` conversions.

  This change is far from complete. In follow-ups I'd like to:
  * Split off the specific address and key encoding logic from base58.h, and move it to a address.h or so.
  * Replace `CTxDestination` with a non-`boost::variant` version (which can be more efficient as `boost::variant` allocates everything on the heap, and remove the need for `boost::get<...>` and `IsValidDestination` calls everywhere).
  * Do the same for `CBitcoinSecret`, `CBitcoinExtKey`, and `CBitcoinExtPubKey`.

  However, I've tried to keep this patch to be minimally invasive, but still enough to support non-Base58 addresses. Perhaps a smaller patch is possible to hack Bech32 support into `CBitcoinAddress`, but I would consider that a move in the wrong direction.

Replace generic CScopedDBTransaction with specialized CEvoDBScopedCommitter (#3292)
This has the wanted side effect of proper locking of "cs" inside
CommitCurTransaction and RollbackCurTransaction, which was not easily
possible to implement in the generic version. This fixes some rare crashes.

7a440d626b Optimize on-disk deterministic masternode storage to reduce size of evodb (#3017)
* Implement CompactFull() in CDBWrapper

This allows to compact the whole DB in one go.

* Implement more compact version of CDeterministicMNListDiff

This introduces CDeterministicMNStateDiff which requires to only store
fields on-disk which actually changed.

* Avoid writing mnUniquePropertyMap to disk when storing snapshots

This map can be rebuilt by simply using AddMN for each deserialized MN.

* Implement Serialize/Unserialize in CScript

This allows us to directly use READWRITE() on scripts and removes the need
for the ugly cast to CScriptBase. This commit also changes all Dash specific
uses of CScript to not use the cast.

* Keep track of registeration counts and introduce internalID for masternodes

The "internalId" is simply the number of MNs registered so far when the
new MN is added. It is deterministic and stays the same forever.

* Use internalId as keys in MN list diffs

This reduces the used size on-disk.

* Two simple speedups in MN list diff handling

1. Avoid full compare if dmn or state pointers match in BuildDiff
2. Use std::move when adding diff to listDiff in GetListForBlock

* Implement upgrade code for old CDeterministicMNListDiff format to new format

* Track tipIndex instead of tipHeight/tipBlockHash

* Store and pass around CBlockIndex* instead of block hash and height

This allows us to switch CDeterministicMNManager::GetListForBlock to work
with CBlockIndex.

* Refactor CDeterministicMNManager::GetListForBlock to require CBlockIndex*

Instead of requiring a block hash. This allows us to remove blockHash and
prevBlockHash from CDeterministicMNListDiff without the use of cs_main
locks in GetListForBlock.

* Remove prevBlockHash, blockHash and nHeight from CDeterministicMNListDiff

* Remove access to determinisitcMNManager in CMasternodeMetaMan::ToString()

The deterministic MN manager is not fully initialized yet at the time this
is called, which results in an empty list being returned everytime.

* Better logic to determine if an upgrade is needed

Reuse the "best block" logic to figure out if an upgrade is needed. Also
use it to ensure that older nodes are unable to start after the upgrade
was performed.

* Return null block hash if it was requested with getmnlistdiff

* bump CGovernanceManager::SERIALIZATION_VERSION_STRING

* Check SERIALIZATION_VERSION_STRING before deserializing anything else

* Invoke Clear() before deserializing just to be sure

07620746a5 Implement GetMined(AndActive)CommitmentsUntilBlock and use it in ScanQuorums
This fixes a bug in ScanQuorums which made it return quorums which were not
mined at the time of pindexStart. This was due to quorumHashes being based
on older blocks (the phase=0 block) which are ancestors of pindexStart even
if the commitment was actually mined in a later block.

GetMinedAndActiveCommitmentsUntilBlock is also going to be used for quorum
commitment merkle roots in CCbTx.

This also removes GetFirstMinedQuorumHash as it's not needed anymore.

Give fresh connections some time to do the VERSION/VERACK handshake and
an optional MNAUTH when it's a masternode. When an MNAUTH happened, the
incoming connection is then forever protected against eviction.

If a timeout of 1 second occurs or the first message after VERACK is not
MNAUTH, the node is not protected anymore and becomes eligable for
eviction.

* Avoid connecting to masternodes if an incoming connection is from the same one

Now that incoming connections from MNs authenticate them self, we can avoid
connecting to the same MNs through intra-quorum connections.

521d4ae08f Implement 2-stage commit for CEvoDB to avoid inconsistencies after crashes (#2744)

The boolean return value will loose its meaning in the next commit

* Implement 2-stage commits for CDBTransaction and CScopedDBTransaction

CDBTransaction is changed to allow CDBBatch, CDBWrapper and other
CDBTransactions as parent instead of just CDBWrapper. This in turn allows
to implement multi-staged commits in CEvoDB.

We now have the "current transaction" which is started and ended (commit
or rollback) for each call to Connect-/DisconnectBlock. When the current
transaction is committed, it moves its contents into the "root transaction"
instead of directly writing to CDBWrapper.

CommitRootTransaction() then handles the final commitment to CDBWrapper. It
is called at the same time when the chainstate is flushed to disk, which
guarantees consistency between chainstate and CEvoDB.

* Allow to efficiently move values into parent transactions to avoid copies

When CDBTransaction<CDBTransaction<...>>::Commit() is called, we can avoid
copying values from this transaction to the parent transaction and instead
pass values by rvalue and let the contents be moved.

* Revert "Force FlushStateToDisk on ConnectTip/DisconnectTip while not in IBD (#2560)"

Avoid printing DIP3/DIP4 related logs twice (#2525)
All logging that happens in BuildNewListFromBlock is currently printed twice.
This is because BuildNewListFromBlock is called while processing the block
and also while calculating the DIP4 MN list commitment.

This commit adds the debugLogs to this method to allow omitting logs while
called from the DIP4 code.

0123517b48 Implement PoSe based on information from LLMQ commitments (#2478)
Members which are not in the validMembers bitsets are now PoSe punished.
The maximum PoSe score is dynamic and mostly identical to the number of
registered MNs. Added PoSe scores for failures are then a percentage of
the maximum score, so that we can better control how often failures are
allowed per payment cycle. For LLMQ failures, this is 66% to allow
approximately 2 failures per payment cycle.

This hard-fork is required on testnet as we have to fix a few consensus
bugs in DIP3/DIP4. It will also be required to introduce LLMQ commitments
to testnet.

...before fork activation. Otherwise we'd invalidate all DIP3 blocks on
testnet.
