4ad2f647c2 Use proTxHash instead of outpoint when calculating masternode scores (#2440)
* Track confirmedHash of masternodes

* Also include confirmedHash in DIP4

* Implement CalculateQuorum and CalculateScores in CDeterministicMNList

* Use new ProRegTx based scoring function in GetMasternodeScores

* Update test vectors for simplifiedmns_merkleroots tests

9da9d575aa Allow collaterals for non-DIP3 MNs which were created after DIP3/BIP9 activation (#2412)
* Remove reference to now removed "protocolVersion"

* Allow to use non-DIP3 collaterals after DIP3 activation

This removes a rule which only made sense when we assumed all collaterals
would remain in DIP3 ProRegTx transactions after DIP3 activation.

As we allow to refer external collaterals now, this rule should vanish as
well.

* Sleep in case block time is ahead of real time

See comment. This was not a problem before as we had enough time passed
between the last block that caused this and the start-alias call.
Now we added another start-alias call which is directly after we generated
many blocks.

e3df910822 Allow referencing other TX outputs for ProRegTx collateral (#2366)
* Pass CCoinsView reference to special TX handling methods

* Allow referencing other TX outputs for ProRegTx collateral

* Remove "collateralAmount" from "protx register"

* Rename "protx register" to "protx fund_register"

* Remove UpdateSpork15Value from CDeterministicMNManager

Was not used/implemented anymore

* Lock masternode collaterals after chain/DIP3 is fully initialized

Otherwise detection of collaterals does not work.

* Implement new "protx register" RPC which uses existing collaterals

* Remove "masternode info" RPC

It is not consistent with other "masternode" RPCs anymore as it requires
the ProRegTx hash while all other RPCs work with the collateral.

* Load sporks from disk cache before initializing the chain

Otherwise spork15 is not loaded when we check it for the first time.

* Implement "protx info" RPC

* Use "protx info" instead of "masternode info" in DIP3 tests

* Test external collaterals for ProTx

* Handle review comments

* Don't pass CCoinView reference when it's not used

* Revert "Pass CCoinsView reference to special TX handling methods"

This reverts commit 28688724e1.

* Use GetUTXOCoin instead of now removed coinsView

Also remove collateral height check as GetUTXOCoin only returns confirmed
coins.

* Add conflict handling for external collaterals to mempool

* Handle review comments (squashed Github suggestions)

eaa856eb78 Remove nProtocolVersion and add mode/type fields to DIP3 (#2358)
* Remove nProtocolVersion fields from deterministic masternode lists

This field was part of my initial implementation from DIP3. One of the last
changes of DIP3 was then to remove this field, which I did not bring back
into code yet. This commit removes it now.

We use PROTOCOL_VERSION now in cases were compatibility in the the pre-DIP3
list is needed.

* Add type and mode fields in DIP3 special TXs

These were added to DIP3 but not in-code yet.

* Add DMN_PROTO_VERSION

c9d2745188 Use BLS keys for the DIP3 operator key (#2352)
* Use BLS keys for operator keys

* Add "bls generate" RPC to generate BLS keys

* Use unique_ptr to store blsKeyOperator and blsPubKeyOperator

Needed because the Chia BLS library crashes when keys are created before
the library is initialized, even if keys are not used. This is the case here
as we have static instances here.

* Remove unnecessary CheckSignature calls

This seems to be some garbage I left in by mistake.

* Fixed review comments

* Fix rpc help for operator keys

All keys that are used as examples are random. None of the secret keys
belongs to any of the public keys.

* Use .GetHash() instead of ::SerializeHash() for BLS pubkeys in txmempool.cpp

* Rename mapProTxBlsPubKeys to mapProTxBlsPubKeyHashes

89f744d064 pack of small cleanup fixes / optimizations (#2334)
* remove vector, extra loop in cleanup function

This commit removes 2 loops and a vector which I don't believe are necessary in
CMasternode::FlagGovernanceItemsAsDirty. I could be missing something, but
can't think of any good reason why this was implemented this way.

* use range operator to range over vectors

* remove deprecated wire message types

* mn: simplify govobj map mgmt a bit

* remove extra semicolons

* invert if/else condition and drop else

* remove if/else logic from Qt

This is the entire purpose of the Get<X>String methods on MNP class.

* Revert "remove deprecated wire message types"

25545fc1e7 Split keyIDMasternode into keyIDOwner/keyIDOperator/keyIDVoting (#2248)
* Split keyIDMasternode into keyIDOwner/keyIDOperator/keyIDVoting

keyIDOwner is the key used for things which should stay in control of the
collateral owner, like proposal voting.

keyIDOperator is the key used for operational things, like signing network
messages, signing trigger/watchdog objects and trigger votes.

keyIDVoting is the key used for proposal voting

Legacy masternodes will always have the same key for all 3 to keep
compatibility.

Using different keys is only allowed after spork15 activation.

8ee9333bc2 remove boost dependency from Dash-specific code (#2072)
* replace boost casts in dash-specific code

Specifically for spork.cpp : this should be temporary until all spork
sigs are based on hash and not string serialization format, after which
I expect the old signatures (else branch) should go away altogether. But
I still think it's worth it to get pieces of the boost dependency
removed, and this is an easy win, and could be merged now or in a patch
release w/o issue.

Split sentinel expiration in CMasternode::Check() in two parts (timeout and version) (#2121)
The initial ping is sent with defaults which switch MNs to SENTINEL_PING_EXPIRED state
while they should really be in PRE_ENABLED state. The fix is to split this verification
in two parts - this way sentinel version is only checked after at least one ping is received
from the masternode itself and not from the cold wallet.

cd9c6994c2 Implement named devnets (#1791)
* Initial devnet

* Move genesis block adding into its own method

* Introduce -allowprivatenet to lift limitation on RFC1918 addresses

Normally, RFC1918 (192.168.x.x/10.x.x.x/...) addresses are not allowed
to be relayed. Also, masternodes won't start when the address is considered
invalid.

This is needed to test local devnet or regtest based networks.

* Lift the requirement of minimum MN age for regtest/devnet

* Implement named devnets

This allows the creation of multiple independent devnets. Each one is
identified by a name which is hardened into a "devnet genesis" block,
which is automatically positioned at height 1. Validation rules will
ensure that a node from devnet=test1 never be able to accept blocks
from devnet=test2. This is done by checking the expected devnet genesis
block.

The genesis block of the devnet is the same as the one from regtest. This
starts the devnet with a very low difficulty, allowing us to fill up
needed balances for masternodes very fast.

Also, the devnet name is put into the sub-version of the VERSION message.
If a node connects to the wrong network, it will immediately be disconnected.

* Allow to select multiple addresses from the same group in devnet/regtest

The selection code normally only allows to select addresses from the same
group (e.g. 192.168.x.x) once. This results in connecting to only a single
node in devnet/regtest.

* Show the devnet name in the title bar and on the loading screen

* Add AllowMultipleAddressesFromGroup to chainparams and use it in net.cpp

* Remove unused/unneeded scripts from devnet geneses creation

1. OP_RETURN not needed in input script of devnet genesis
2. genesisOutputScript was unused

* Fix copy/paste error in -allowprivatenet description

* Improve -devnet parameter error handling

- Only allow one of -devnet, -regtest or -testnet
- Only allow -devnet=name to be specified once

* Use different datadir for each devnet

* Fix `devnet-devnet` issue

* Fix devnet splashscreen (should use testnet img)

* Avoid passing devNetName around (most of the time)

* Remove nMaxTipAge from CDevNetParams

753b1e486b Eliminate remaining uses of g_connman in Dash-specific code. (#1635)
This monstrous change eliminates all remaining uses of
g_connman global variable in Dash-specific code.

Unlike previous changes eliminating g_connman use
that were isolated to particular modules, this one covers
multiple modules simultaneously because they are so interdependent
that change in one module was quickly spreading to others.

This is mostly invariant change that was done by
* changing all functions using g_connman to use connman argument,
* changing all functions calling these functions to use connman argument,
* repeating previous step until there's nothing to change.

After multiple iterations, this process converged to final result,
producing code that is mostly equivalent to original one, but passing
CConnman instance through arguments instead of global variable.

The only exception to equivalence of resulting code is that I had to
create overload of CMasternodeMan::CheckAndRemove() method without arguments
that does nothing just for use in CFlatDB<CMasternodeMan>::Dump() and
CFlatDB<CMasternodeMan>::Load() methods.
Normal CMasternodeMan::CheckAndRemove() overload now has argument of
CConnman& type and is used everywhere else.

The normal overload has this code in the beginning:

    if(!masternodeSync.IsMasternodeListSynced()) return;

Masternode list is not synced yet when we load "mncache.dat" file,
and we save "mncache.dat" file on shutdown, so I presume that it's OK
to use overload that does nothing in both cases.

8b5f47e686 Masternode classes: Remove repeated/un-needed code and data (#1572)
* Remove un-needed #includes (what is the policy?)

Data was duplicated in masternode_info_t and CMasternode classes:

* CMasternode is changed to inherit from masternode_info_t
  so the data members are inherited rather than repeated
 (also inherits unrepeated nTimeLastPing and fInfoValid members;
  this slight intrusiveness made up for in simplicity).

* Use in-class member initializers (C++11) for defaults,
  so only non-default initializers are required in the lists.
  Allows to shorten repetitous constructor initializer lists.
  This makes checking for uninitialized data simpler.

* Default constructors are defined as "= default;" if possible.

* masternode_info_t is changed to behave like an aggregate
 (but requires over-complicated constructors until c++14).
  There are pros and cons here - aggregate initialization
  is convenient but implicit).

* Removed user-defined swap functions.
  They appear to only be used in operator= definitions,
  using the copy-in,swap-and-return idiom:

* Default operator=, where possible.

* Move in class `friend bool operator==` out-of-class.

* net: move nLocalServices/nRelevantServices to CConnman

These are in-turn passed to CNode at connection time. This allows us to offer
different services to different peers (or test the effects of doing so).

* net: move semOutbound and semMasternodeOutbound to CConnman

* net: SocketSendData returns written size

* net: move max/max-outbound to CConnman

* net: Pass best block known height into CConnman

CConnman then passes the current best height into CNode at creation time.

This way CConnman/CNode have no dependency on main for height, and the signals
only move in one direction.

This also helps to prevent identity leakage a tiny bit. Before this change, an
attacker could theoretically make 2 connections on different interfaces. They
would connect fully on one, and only establish the initial connection on the
other. Once they receive a new block, they would relay it to your first
connection, and immediately commence the version handshake on the second. Since
the new block height is reflected immediately, they could attempt to learn
whether the two connections were correlated.

This is, of course, incredibly unlikely to work due to the small timings
involved and receipt from other senders. But it doesn't hurt to lock-in
nBestHeight at the time of connection, rather than letting the remote choose
the time.

* net: pass CClientUIInterface into CConnman

* net: Drop StartNode/StopNode and use CConnman directly

* net: Introduce CConnection::Options to avoid passing so many params

* net: add nSendBufferMaxSize/nReceiveFloodSize to CConnection::Options

* net: move vNodesDisconnected into CConnman

* Made the ForEachNode* functions in src/net.cpp more pragmatic and self documenting

* Convert ForEachNode* functions to take a templated function argument rather than a std::function to eliminate std::function overhead

* net: move MAX_FEELER_CONNECTIONS into connman

916af52c0a Fix vulnerability with mapMasternodeOrphanObjects (#1512)
* fix vulnerability with mapMasternodeOrphanObjects

The vulnerability is that a malicious node can send a lot of NetMsgType::MNGOVERNANCEOBJECT messages which refer to many arbitrary MN's. In this case, mapMasternodeOrphanObjects will grow unrestrictedly.

* MN collateral moved to governance-object.cpp; ban score applied to misbehaving nodes

* recursive locks removed

* check for the mn collateral code segregated to a separate function

* CheckCollateral implementation moved to cpp
