This is an alternative to #15340 (it works with the `Chain` interface; see: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/15340#issuecomment-502674004).

This PR:
- makes GUI error messages bilingual: user's native language + untranslated (i.e. English)
- insures that only untranslated messages are written to the debug log file and to `stderr` (that is not the case on master).
If a translated string is unavailable only an English string appears to a user.
Here are some **examples** (updated):
* `qt5ct: using qt5ct plugin` message is my local environment specific; please ignore it.

Testing and debugging after shutdown are harder if the node was run through the gui, because errors and warnings would not be logged to the debug.log or written to the stderr (as is the case for bitcoind).

Use misc methods of avoiding unnecesary header includes.
Replace int typedefs with int##_t from stdint.h.
Replace PRI64[xdu] with PRI[xdu]64 from inttypes.h.
Normalize QT_VERSION ifs where possible.
Resolve some indirect dependencies as direct ones.
Remove extern declarations from .cpp files.
- rename wxMessageBox, remove redundant arguments to noui/qtui calls
- also, add flag to force blocking, modal dialog box for disk space warning etc
- clarify function naming
- no more special MessageBox needed from AppInit2, as window object is created before calling AppInit2
- Overall, this is better design
- This fixes problems with the address book UI not updating when the address book is changed through RPC
- Move Statusbar change detection responsibility to ClientModel
This introduces two new source files, keystore.cpp and wallet.cpp with
corresponding headers. Code is moved from main and db, in a preparation
for a follow-up commit which introduces the classes CWallet and CKeyStore.

sourcecode distribution; these directories contain:
src - Files that are used in constructing the executable binaries,
but are not installed.
doc - Files in HTML and text format that document usage, quirks of
the implementation, and contributor checklists.
locale - Files that contain human language translation of strings
used in the program
contrib - Files contributed from distributions or other third party
implementing scripts and auxiliary programs
