Various small cleanups (#2761)
* Fix remaining `print`s in tests

* use AssertLockHeld(cs) instead of relying on comments

* actually use `clsig` in `EnforceBestChainLock()`

* fix log output in `EnforceBestChainLock()`

* drop comments
